iCone

A versatile yarn dyeing machine with liquor ratios from 1:3.6, compatible with yarn packages, muffs, warp beams, loose stock, and tops. Its redesigned flow reversal system and integrated heat exchanger minimize water, chemical, dye, and energy consumption, while built-in “Green” functions drive further cost savings.

iMaster H₂O

A highly economical short-liquor dyeing machine for a wide range of woven and knitted fabrics. Low resource consumption, short process times, and proven process safety make it one of the most efficient and flexible solutions on the market. The iMaster Mini is available for small-batch applications.

soft-TRD SIII

Designed for the gentle treatment of surface- and crease-sensitive fabrics, including unfixed polyester goods. A liquor ratio starting at 1:5 and precise temperature control ensure consistent, damage-free processing of woven, knitted, and non-woven materials.

Signature Series

A transformational step forward in sustainability and energy efficiency. Featuring three versatile operating modes — with and without air support — the Signature Series delivers exceptionally low water, dye, salt, and energy consumption across a broad range of fiber types and fabric structures.

Heat Recovery System

The Thies Heat Recovery System recycles thermal energy from hot wastewater generated during dyeing, transferring residual heat from outgoing effluent to incoming fresh water. The result is a significant reduction in steam consumption, utility costs, and carbon footprint — making it an indispensable solution for dye houses committed to sustainability and operational efficiency.
